Mayor Tom, known only as Town Mayor (町長) in Japan, is the mildly corrupt and cowardly mayor of Osawari that appears in Touch Detective 2 ½. He always panics or faints if anything happens to his items, like the Top Secret Picture Book. He is the director of his own Museum.
